Misglued error card

I just won a handful of pokemon cards on eBay mainly because I wanted the Eon Ticket promo card in the bundle he was selling. Included in the bundle is a card that’s factory misglued so the front has folds and the back is perfectly fine. Now I don’t really care much for error cards and didn’t buy the bundle for it but I know others go crazy for them and they can fetch big money. The only other one like it I’ve seen with the same defect is currantly on eBay for $750 because of it and I quote from their description “Only similar card I have ever heard of sold for over 10k”.

Have I just accidentally picked up the bargain of the century or is it a worthless freebie?

Pics please

Here you go, fresh off the listing

Not sure what the error is here. It just looks like a front creased card.

Do you have either the ended listing and/or the listing claiming something like this is valuable?

Sure, listing is hereOther link here

Interesting.

I’d have thought that if those raised lines had been caused by bending or folding then you’d see evidence of damage on the reverse.

The back of the card seems in good order.

Personally I don’t see much worth for this “error” card, if it even is one.

The eBay listing for the Team Rocket card isn’t really something you should use as a market price. If you can find a sold listing then that’s a different story.

Pretty worthless honestly. I have the biggest error card collectors in the world as customers and I dont know any who would buy this for more than a few bucks…if that.

I am a HUGE FAN and collector of error coins and currency - mostly U.S. Minted. However, I just can’t get into error Pokemon Cards for some reason… I just don’t see the appeal - I’m more into set collecting in terms of Pokemon.
