Misprint or Fake

Hello all,

I recently returned to filling my old school collection of Pokémon cards. While browsing for Jungle set cards I came across a particular card: A Vileplume number 15 that is not holographic (even though it should be holographic). Do you know anything about this?

Unfortunately it looks fake, the font is slightly off and the bottom border is too narrow
