I’m not sure If I’m posting this in the right place so let me know!
I recently dug up my old pokemon collection from when I was a kid. I found what seems to be a unique misprinted water energy in with the rest of my cards. After posting it to some pokemon and magic misprint groups on facebook I was told to come here and post it to try and find out some additional information on it.
Looks correct for that era of placeholder card. Pretty neat!.

@thymeee , That is my picture used in the other thread.
Makes sense, card looks cool to me. Dont know if it is legit since I never have seen such a card, would love to know more about it.
maybe ask TCA Gaming he seems to know all these things.
