Your videos need MORE LIGHT! Looks like you’re just starting out in art, though, so my advice would be to copy the old masters first (the Official Pokemon artists) and watch tons of videos about all the different aspects of art (composition, lighting, anatomy/physiology if you’re doing living things (even if they’re fictional 
), best tools for the media you’re working with, and anything and everything else that has to do with the study of art. You’d be surprised at how often you’ll hear a topic like composition being discussed and then be like OH, THAT’S WHY THE ARTIST MADE IT LOOK LIKE THAT, AMAZING!
