Here it is in all its chaotic glory! Since making this, I have definitely scaled down a bit and have been making pieces which have way less elements going on in an effort to make more successful work. But there are still elements to this I’m happy with.
Also a note about Celebi: I drew and cut out Celebi to correct an error, and now I feel a respect for that lil guy I didn’t have before. Celebi will be in my thoughts while in nature. Kinda like an ode to wandering in some forest somewhere : )

Fuggin amazing work my friend. In love with it. I sincerely find it better than over half of the ones that placed. I mean that. And that is saying a lot because Cram had most of the consistency with quality. So much character, so much personality. So much scenery. I’d go on and on, but you get the picture. Bursting with joy and passion. I am downloading it (as I do with all your work) and saving it to enjoy for years to come!
(ps I think the celebi cut out actually works, looking motivating, as in intentional. Happy mistakes! It seems extraterrestrial)

Curious if it got declined due to the size, it seems to be 1080 x 509 instead of the required 1080 x 680 (or is there more to this image that we aren’t seeing…)? Also, Celebi is just the kind of Pokémon to correct an error, good choice .
Amazing! I would defintely fill a few binder pages with your artworks if they were on cards.
Love it. Reminds me so much of the 2010 and 2009 cards. I wonder if it didn’t make it because it has several Pokemon. I don’t feel like looking it but I think they said avoid other Pokemon in the portrait. At any rate, if this one won the contest I’d be stoked to own the card!
