Was looking at the Double Holo Houndoom , Ho-Oh, and Shining Gyarados and they all are certainly beautiful and would love a copy in one of these but I was hoping to find a psa 9 1st edition in either but have no idea what too offer in $ for either
If anyone could help me i would greatly appreciate it

The PSA 9 1st Ed copies are very difficult to find. And those who have them are not willing to let them go.
I would estimate the PSA 9 1st Ed market prices at:
The prices could be higher if the right copy/right buyer come along. 
The sales for the 1st editions (especially the higher the grade) are usually few and far between so it’s tough to put a definitive pay range for each. I’m not sure how @Dyl acquired most of his collection, but for me most of mine were through private sales… so for cards like Shining Gyarados that don’t have much precedent for public pricing/sales, you’re at the will of the seller in most cases.
Shining Gyarados: $4000-$5000
Houndoom: $2500-$3500
Ho-Oh: $2500-$3500
These are the ranges I’d give but it depends on the card itself (“strong” vs “weak” copy, cert number, swirl location [if applicable], etc.).
