Need Mint Raw/PSA 10 English exs

I’m getting closer to completing my psa 10 ex series set. I just picked up a few very low pop ex psa 10s and tbe last psa 10 secret rare/box topper I needed. I’ll share them at the end of the year.

These are the cards I really need. Please consider looking at your personal collection, PSA 9s that might be upgraded,PSA 10s and any friends you have.

Here is my top priority: ($15-20 each ungraded)

I have several of those cards at PSA now. Pack pulled by myself… Sitting on day 48… No way I’ll get them before Christmas or even new years, but to start 2016 for sure. I am going to call and bitch to them on day 51 for sure, but that falls on Monday I believe.

That won’t help mate, as it’s “estimated” at 50 business days. Definitely give them a call now and try and be a civil as possible.

That being said, that is ridiculous and I’m certain I submitted my cards after yours and had them returned last month. =/

i done the 7 day turn around and its been 9 days so far bloody hell im so close to getting some really brillant cards back keep me posted when u get the grades posted to you and if its not a 10 hit me a message and then i can sell to you

I spoke with them around day 28 or so and they just said wait until day 50 and then talk to us. The reason I called at day 28 was because I had another order of the same service level get completed in 4 days that was sent 2 weeks after this one. Apparently they do not use a first in first out setup for each service level like I would have thought. Apparently this order they are not a big fan of as I know many members here sent orders in after me and received them sooner. I also know other submitters personally that submitted orders twice as large after mine and have had them a few weeks. I really am worried something happened with these. Nervous to see what grades pop up if any and what the cards look like when they come back.

Don’t worry. They just lag like that for some reason. It would be nice if they were more consistent with their turanrounds.

FYI I had an order received in the 15th of December for 50 bus days that just shipped back to me. =/

My order was accepted on the 1st and shipped back today. Looks like they’re cranking stuff out before the holidays.

No bonus until we complete all these orders…

Still have one more consignment there, hoping it comes back very soon too. Can’t say I’m happy with the grades I got =/

Interesting. I was definitely happy with mine, but I got fewer 10s than I was hoping for. I won’t peddle any conspiracy theories though, I’ll take a look at the cards when I get them back and maybe send a couple in for regrading. I really don’t want to have to track down mint copies of a couple of the cards I sent again.

Yeah I’m having the same questions running through my head. I rigorously check my cards for any flaws, and whilst I expect a few of mine to get 9’s, the amount of 9’s I got was completely onixpected.

Will definitely have to check when they arrive in a week and a bit.

A lot of the English Pokemon cards have been hit with 9s. I’m comparing psa 10s I got from recent purchases to tens I graded and 9s I thought should be ten. I honestly can’t tell anymore what’s a ten. Sometimes 1 or 2 very minute factory wear nets a 10. Many times 1 spec of corner wear is a 9 with everything else being perfect. This is where I’d like BGS. Even if my corner was mint 9 quality, if the other areas are gem mint the card will average out. With no way to know why the card is docked makes grading frustrating.

This went from a strange occurrence and learning a little bit about how PSA doesn’t use a first in first out system for their same service level orders to now it’s just f***ing pissing me off. They really turn all these new orders around in a week as well as my November order around in 3 days and then let my mid October order push out to the 50 days or more? What kind of a company would operate like that?

I would have rather not gotten either order back so quick, but gotten them both back in less than the 50 days. I called them and they said the 50th day is next Tuesday. I said, “Okay, so does that mean it is definitely shipping back by Tuesday?” She said, “No, 50 days is an estimate for courtesy. It may take longer.” Naturally I said I was concerned due to the other order of the same service level of mine coming in later and already being done. I asked if there were any issues with this slow order and she said no. I also asked what the limit time was on the turnaround. She said there wasn’t one it is all demand based. Clearly it isn’t demand based only, because they clearly have graders in there grading tens of thousands of more new cards on orders that came in after mine on the same service level. Since there is no limit I asked which day should I call back, 100? 200? She said it wouldn’t get that high, but no need to call back. What a terrible way to operate. Merry Christmas to you too, PSA.

I would be just as frustrated as you mate. I wish there was something we could do to help.

All I can say is I hope the gods of temple gem mint, bestow their mighty seal on all of your cards.

If they get it done by Tuesday, I will be somewhat okay about it. I remember counting out the 50 business days when I submitted as I always do, and I knew it would be shipping back to me in 2015 at the latest. All the stuff with my other order beating it back and seeing all your orders beat it back add frustration, but they better at least hold up their “estimated” end of the deal.

Now if it pushes even a day past Tuesday I am going to be pissed and this will enter into a realm of terrible/moronic business practices on their end. That is if all the cards come back in the condition submitted. Last 150 card order of mine had 5 broken cases from the IMO, poor way in which they pack the cards when they send back. I still have to send those cards back for free re-casing but figured I would wait until all my orders were back.

Did you try contacting them? That might help the situation.

Yeah I called and they won’t say anything except that it is fine and no need to worry. I called a few days after my later order came back earlier with concern under the assumption that they operated under first in first out for similar service levels. They said they don’t and that it was under 50 days so they don’t want to hear anything. I called more recently just to figure out which day exactly would be day 50 as all companies have slightly different holidays off and such, when I talked to them I also brought up other orders passing it and they said every order is different and all cards are different. I brought up the fact that I know larger orders than my own of all Pokemon cards have passed it as well. They basically won’t give a shit until it passes the 50 days and I will see how it goes from there.
