need some advice on how to get my cards graded

hi, I have 2 full set of basic first edition and a bunch of other pre-2000 cards I am looking to get graded so I can know the value of my stuffs. I am planning on sending it to ZandGemporium to have them get it graded for me through PSA since I don’t really know how to do it safely. any thought, suggestions?

thats ur best bet for 1st time submitters. Send via USPS with a medium or large box. I don’t think you really need to have it insured.

Obligatory Ludkins plug. Currently have about half my net worth entrusted to them. Charlie is unconditionally helpful, responsive, and trustworthy. You’ll experience delays on the PSA end right now regardless of what middleman you use, but the testimonials about Ludkins are all glowing. Good prices, good communication throughout the process, total competency all-around.

Z/G is also a very trustworthy guy. I haven’t used his service, but I would trust him when submitting to PSA.

Whoever you go with - be patient as it will take some time for the cards to be graded

I’ve only used ludkins, but they are definitely a great option. If you have any questions they won’t hesitate to take the time to walk you through the process.

Why not just do it yourself Mike? They are trustworthy groups, the people mentioned thus far. It is just that is so much more costly, and it is a very very simple process of submitting directly to PSA. Also, unless I am reading this wrong, if you have 2 sets of complete 1st ed holos, I would absolutely NOT send that in the mail without registered insured. If the Zards are clean, or even remotely clean. Or any of the starters for that matter. All you need are some card saver 1’s, some penny sleeves, and some card board. Starting the orders is easy, as it is an easy set to identify in their system, and getting the prices for all of them would be easy as well, in terms of choosing the service level. Most would be the economy, starters would need a quick ebay sold lookup is all.
