Waiting for someone to pull out a collection of every card ever in every language at this point. Some of these collections are crazy with how big they are.

Impressive video and collection. I’m glad that they chose to showcase niche older sets like vending series and no rarity etc. They seem very down to earth, not too flashy overall as well as still showing some heavy hitters. Good stuff!

Interesting that they apparently had troubles finding Dutch first editions. That almost leads me to believe that they don’t know that Cardmarket exists which is surprising for dedicated European collectors on the one hand, but on the other hand I’m also a bit impressed that they (apparently) managed to get the complete set in all the other languages without using Cardmarket.

So just owning the card qualifies even in psa1 condition? I assume that count is different individual cards.

What a surprisingly refreshing watch! Usually it’s someone with 50,000 modern energy cards, but these guys know their stuff and were extremely chill! Glad to see well adjusted people representing the hobby!

Geez thats a wild number. Makes me wonder what the total unique number of cards is(and where you draw the line at unique could be argued). Agreed, very chill guys.

What an amazing video to watch, thanks for sharing it. Their collection is obviously impressive but those two guys seem totally down to earth and you can really hear the passion for Pokemon when they speak.

Upon rewatch I’ve noticed there’s a map of Kanto on the rear of a red Charizard telephone card I’ve not seen before. The same map appears on a WOTC League poster/playmat combo, does anyone have a HQ image of this map?

Man, I have to admit, I wanted to hate these guys before watching this video. I expected Mega-Chads hyper fixated on “The Market”, mispronouncing Pokemon names, talking about how they built the collection in 9 months or something… I was completely wrong. They seem like nice chaps. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE that most of the graded cards were not 10s, true collectors in my eyes. If I had a Dutch Base Set I would absolutely contact them (but I dont) Wow! Very refreshing!
