It would be nice if they could settle on one design, constantly changing it aids counterfeiters by creating confusion
Besides the practicality of having the serial number on the back, I prefer the plain ones with no foil block on the front,

Seems like a catch-22 to me, if they stick with one design it eliminates confusion but counterfeiters can study it and learn more, changing it often keeps the new design ahead of the counterfeiters but less knowledgeable collectors may think older cases are fake.

No, I defenitely like the current one a lot better as well. Red and blue is incredibly distracting.
This is a very good point and probably why I liked the older cases better. Brighter colors, foil, and whatnot distracts from the card which is supposed to be the standout.

Looks fine to me. But when do we get a black pristine label.

The PSA on the back of the label also looks alot less proffesional than the more luxurious looking

The text font also looks a bit too round to my taste.
