Newbie here back after a few months, is PSA still backed up?

Got into the hobby originally during the crazy hype storm that brought the closing of public submission of PSA and wanted to submit some of my childhood cards at the time.
Was wondering if its possible now or how would I go about it

Yes but it’s expensive psacard.com

Yeah sorry I probably should’ve typed more, I see it saying $150 per card… That cant be right is it? There has to be some way that is cheaper or it wouldn’t make sense to submit any card cheaper than $150

Thats unfortunate I really wanted to submit some of my childhood cards just to have them encased / protected / graded

then what does the card cost matter?

I’d pay 200 for my childhood cards

Because I don’t have $150 x 50 to pay lol when I first looked into it I think the price was $10 per card

$7500 and $500 is a pretty big difference

yeah math sucks man, it ruins freaking everything

To give you a real answer instead of a sarcastic one about how you should pay thousands of dollars to grade your childhood cards, yes the lower tiers are still shut down. They’ve mentioned the possibility of reopening Regular tier before the end of the year ($100 per card pre-shutdown), and as far as I know there’s no word on when they’re reopening Value tier ($20 pre shutdown).

I’d imagine it will still be quite a while before value opens again, so it’s up to you how long you want to wait versus how much you want to pay. We also don’t know if regular will re-open at $100 or not.

Right now PSA doesn’t want your cards that are only worth $10 to grade, they already have a mountain of a backlog to grade
