I refuse to eat another bite of food until Nintendo announces another Golden Sun game.

Yes but also I don’t really want a sequel to dark dawn. Let’s just pretend that game didn’t happen and make a new sequel to lost age

I suppose our deaths will be slow and painful. I too would love for that to happen.

Nice to see Darkest Dungeon 2 coming to the switch. Fantastic game!

I’ve been waiting for this since the Switch released.

It’s looks great. Can finally play as the titular character.

Ah, the eternal waiting game for Metroid and Golden Sun fans. The news cycles move as slowly as a sloth chasing a Pikachu. I’d say savor what you can in the meantime—Darkest Dungeon 2 on the Switch will definitely help, even if it’s just to numb the pain of unfulfilled hopes.

As for Zelda, it’s always fun to dive back into Hyrule. Playing as the titular character, you say? Well, talk about a plot-twist only eight million years in the making!

:cherish_ball: Antiquior. Rarior. Integrior. Melius.

And remember, patience is a virtue—especially for those on the hunt for long-lost sequels.

Overall i was satisfied. I was rly hoping for a wind waker hd port and was very pleasantly surprised by donkey kong (dkcr is my fav game in the series). Mario abd luigi games are always great too, and zero mission on gba was hype

Feels like the marketing finally noticed the adult nostalgia demographic with the N64 M17+ and the NES speedrunner packs

MP4 hype out the wazoo
Would like to see more meaningful gameplay mechanics and story in future trailers

New Mario & Luigi, Dragon Quest HD-2D trilogy, Fantasian, Metal Slug. Guess I gotta save some money for end of year. Maybe I should start playing the Metroid games to see what the hype’s about.

I think dread is good for people new to the franchise. A lot of the older titles feel carried by nostalgia for me.

Dread it is

As a long-time Metroid fan, I’m going to recommend not playing dread first since it has the best QoL features if you plan to play more than one (like, you will be disappointed by going backwards). I would try out zero mission, fusion, or Samus returns first. But dread is a ton of fun and you should play it for sure.

Also this is a Metroid prime game, which are all fps. The others are side scrollers, which you may like more or less
