What is the price I should be looking to pay for a ungraded good-near mint condition card?(not after mint/gem mint/graded.)

Looked on ebay past sold auctions and only saw two PSA 10 examples, but I’m not looking for anything that nice.

I believe this card only came in the Trainer B/Misty Deck?

Thanks! Blastoise was the first holo I pulled as a kid so now I’m trying to collect every variant, I barely found out about this one a while back. I have the Charizard from the lava deck and it’s a trip to see it as a non holo.
