Okay so I paid for the Mewtwo WHEN people said I shouldnt do it, and He shilled me into paying 200US, BUT I did it anyway because I new the shit was Gem mint.
I talked to him alot, and he told me it was perfect, but I got it in today, and at first glance it looked gem mint, but it had a ding on the right corner. I believe that this would have taken some seriously on purposeness camera work to get that bend out of the light. Anyway It was looking so perfect at first glance, and especially on the back, because it had no whitening at all. I proceeded to then check the holo and I was like… That better be on the magnetic Toploader or sleeve! It wasn’t and there was a couple of hairline scratches -.-
I talked to him about grading it and everything, so this guy is an ass.
Anyway it still is pack fresh other than that so its going in my Toploader binder, and I’m going to get pack freshish ones and put them in there, and try build a set to make my toploader binder look more awesome.

It did say that but I think we sent 30 messeges to each other about stuff, but i asked him if there was scratches and he talked about grading them himself because so many people asked him about them, and that it was perfect. He didnt let me know about the two whitening corners on the others untill I backed out of them, but if i had of known I would have taken one of them instead, because mewtwo not be as worth it. Does partial refund mean you have to send the card back? I have never done returns before.
Partial refund is refund amount without shipping back. You can say to him the card is not as good as I thought and tell him the partial refund amount that you would accept to keep it, if not you will send back for full refund.
Also something to note is that paypal offers a free return shipping policy for refunds so you will not be out of pocket if you decide to ship back.
If he gets a bit poopy about the refund tell him about the shill bidding
Here we go This is how it went down, and the results of confronting a shill bidder… I ended up showing him his shill bidding activity and then I droped the bomb on him which was theis picture from the blastoise he didnt sell that other guy who was upset here the other day.

I mentioned partial refund, BUT I don’t really want his shill money, and he even said it himself what he would " Let It go for " But anyway I don’t think i want his shitty partial refund I might just leave it, he said he is really really pissed off.

He keeps going on about the condition… BUTS ITS NOT ABOUT THAT… If it was I wouldnt have gone absolutely nuts at him before the refund, which I have been holding in ever since he screwed over that guy and I realised he shilled me after I won.
Also I think it is virtually impossible to buy a raw gem mint thick 1st ed base from USA, as the people who have them can easily and cheaply grade it to double/triple their value rather than sell it raw.

Return his card and leave negative feedback. If there’s a bend on the corner, or dent, you should get no better than a 6 and 200.00 for anything less than a 9 is a total ripoff in today’s market.
This further proves that with this investably key series, if you want mint then buy graded. I’m sure I’d sell mint graded ones for less than what you paid for this garbage.
