Do you like modern Pokémon Paul? The introduction of rainbow rares in 2016 was a little too uninspired for my tastes, but when Art Rares became a norm in 2023 I think it really came into its own, Socially and artistically. The whole SV era has a varied and unique selection of artists, and a nostalgic throwback to the lowercase ‘ex’ that really gives the sets a big boost. SV has been compared to Swsh, but I think SV has far much more consistent, quality art and promo releases.
