Old Japanese Promo Cards

I need some card prices. I’ve decided to collect a complete Wizard’s of the Coast Promo set, but in Japanese! =] I’m still looking for names of certain cards and I’m trying to figure exactly which cards were reprinted in English, but this is what I’ve found so far. If some of these cards don’t exist, have different names, or have more prints, please list them! I can’t wait to get started, but I need to know what fair prices for these cards are. =]

Mewtwo [1997 Coro Coro Promotional Card] = $7 - $25; I honestly do not observe this card enough to declare a confirmed value. I have provided a (broad) range based on previous sales and auctions.

Pikachu [1998 World Hobby Fair #00 Vending Sheet] = $5 - $15
Dragonite [ANA Promotional Card] = $6 - $10

Arcanine [1997 Toyota Campaign] / Arcanine [Best Song Collection CD Promo] = $3 - $5
→ It should be mentioned that there is no physical difference between these two versions – they are identical. The only guaranteed authenticity is to obtain the folder and/or the sealed compact disc.

→ This version was originally sealed against a single card backing in the [September 1997] issue.
