He/she is referring to the card by maruyama. There is one on eBay now for 35,000 usd. Unfortunately, that is how much it costs. These cards rarely pop up

Whatever someone is willing to pay for it I’m afraid. Some of the Art Academy cards pop up reasonably often, some haven’t even popped up even once. The Orange Raincoat one by Sayaka Maruyama is one in the middle of that, but still barely pops up and is one of the rarer ones.
There is a PSA-10 version on eBay that started at 50k iirc and is slowly dropping over time. It’s been stuck at 35k for a couple of months now, though. I personally own a raw copy, and I’m only aware of two other people who own it as well apart from this seller (so I’m aware of four copies in total). I’m not sure how many copies the winner sold (to western buyers), but definitely not much. (And no, unfortunately I don’t have any information whatsoever about the winner of this AA card. I bought mine from another collector a couple of years ago, and I don’t know how he acquired it prior. And mine is also NFS.)
I’d say it’s worth roughly the same as the Business AA Pikachu. I know @qwachansey is offering 17.5k for that one in PSA-10, so I estimate a PSA-10 of this Orange Raincoat AA Pikachu is worth roughly 12.5k-17.5k USD. Maybe even slightly higher, considering Qwa hasn’t been able to buy it yet, even though I already think it’s pretty high personally.
