Since I’ve been unable to find the answer myself just yet, I figured I’d post this question if anyone here perhaps knows.
Where do the ©2005 Energy cards without e-Reader bar originate from?
And in extension to this question: are there any EX Ruby & Sapphire cards from the EX Battle Stadium Deck Kits in German/French/Italian with ©2004 or ©2005 copyright year or Spanish/Portuguese with ©2005 copyright year?
Back in an old thread of 2017, @credits mentioned the following:
The R&S “non-E” version to my understanding (as mentioned above) are from theme decks but there are two non-E (C) versions, 2004 & 2005. I have the 2005 version marked as theme deck released in my energy checklist but that could be wrong…**I dont think there was a Fighting Energy made because the theme decks they are believed to be from didnt release a fighting type.
I dont know where the 2004 versions originate from but there is also non-E Darkness Energy (Special) & Metal Energy (Special) (& Rainbow Energy which I dont have to confirm) **So upon some more investigation, the 2005 are from the EX Battle Stadium Trainer Kit which also included Special Darkness and Metal energies!
My Expedition energies all have the E, so i cant comment on that but I have taken note for reference purpose
**Edits. (I know this seems irrelevant to the question but it may assist in finding what was printed where based on what they came in)
He thought the e-Reader Energy cards without e-Reader bar and ©2005 copyright date came from these foreign EX Battle Stadium Deck Kits. But just yet, I searched through all non-holo pictures on CardMarket for the EX Ruby & Sapphire cards from the same deck and couldn’t find a single German/French/Italian card that wasn’t ©2003 or Spanish/Portuguese card that wasn’t ©2004 (the copyright dates from the sets themselves, as can be verified by the Reverse Holo copies).
Can anyone find any pictures (or better yet: video openings) of German/French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese EX Battle Stadium Deck Kits to confirm/deny the copyright differences?
Or does anyone have any of the mentioned EX Ruby & Sapphire cards in a foreign language with the later copyright year?
And if those Energy cards with ©2005 copyright dates are not from these decks, where could they have come from alternatively?

In West, e-Reader for Main Pokémon TCG was discontinued in 2003 (with the Magma vs Aqua expansion, which was the last one to include e-Reader Dot Codes). That being said, it’s likely that the ©2005 Energy cards came from the expansion theme decks from those times (such as Golden Sky Theme Deck and Silvery Ocean Theme Deck). For example, Spanish Ho-Oh Livro Ilustrado has Energy cards with ©2006 copyright, but these Energy cards are in English for an unknown reason (Spanish Unseen Forces was released in Spanish in 2006) … You can see a photo in the article I wrote about Spanish Ho-Oh Livro Ilustrado.
At least in Spanish and Portuguese, the EX Battle Stadium Deck was not released. Devir made these 2 languages being different from the others by releasing unique products and not a “Equivalent” of English products. For example, Devir released the Torchic/Mudkip/Treecko/Ralts Livro Ilustrados.
Regarding EX era, in Spanish there’re only 2 expansions: Ruby and Sapphire and Unseen Forces. ©2005 Energy cards in Spanish don’t exist …
Spanish Ruby and Sapphire cards have ©2004 (even the Livro Ilustrado ones) (©2005 Spanish Ruby and Sapphire cards don’t exist)
In Portuguese, ©2005 Energy cards might exist …
Emerald was released in Portuguese. It had 2 Livro Ilustrado: Rayquaza & Exploud (Portuguese exclusive decks) … However, I don’t have cards in hand, so I can’t confirm this 100%.

Ah, that’s right. They had those separated theme decks in Spanish/Portuguese.
Thanks for confirming the Spanish deck cards have ©2004 copyright dates. The Bulbapedia page for the Treecko deck mentions the decks were released in Brazil in 2005 and in Spain/Portugal in (April) 2006. No mention of the Latin American release, though.
But based on this video opening, the Portuguese versions of the deck also contain ©2004 copyright dates: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HmFRZdBbL4
At least it confirms that the Spanish/Portuguese EX Ruby & Sapphire cards have the same copyright dates in the set and these Theme decks.
The German/French/Italian ones are likely the same, although I’m still trying to find the EX Battle Stadium Deck Kit in any of those languages to confirm.
That still leaves the mystery of where these ©2005 Energy cards are from, though.

PokéRev also opens a bunch of these Portuguese decks here:
But it seems the ones from the Treecko/Ralts deck are 2004, and those form the Lugia/Ho-Oh/Gengar/Machamp decks are 2006. I don’t see any 2005 versions.

About Ruby & Sapphire Livro Ilustrados in Spanish, as I mentioned in the article I wrote , there were 2 waves:
Torchic/Mudkip: Released at some point of 2005
Treecko/Ralts: I don’t mention release, but first mention of them is dated from May 2006
In fact, the article about the topic is planned to have a sequel about the Treecko/Ralts deck … I should start writing it soon …
I personally think that English variant came from the decks of each expansion …
I can’t confirm due to I don’t have any in hand …
Made a fast watch … None of the 5 Livro Ilustrados shown in the video are the ones I was referring.
EX Emerald had also 2 Livro Ilustrados: Exploud & Rayquaza
I personally think the cards from these 2 Livro Ilustrados have ©2005 …
If you have any of these 2 theme decks opened and if you have cards and booklet, please contact me … (Not looking to buy btw)
And about the Legend Maker ones, the first mention from Devir about them is dated from 2008 (despite they don’t have 2008 copyright) …
There’s even a poster Devir made in 2009 and uploaded as a pdf file to their website:

Ah, mb. Unfortunately, I’m unable to find any opening videos of these two Portuguese exclusive theme decks.
Fwiw, here is a listing which contains the Rayquaza poster:

Although not much information to be found on that unfortunately.
Here is also a listing of the Rayquaza Deck, in case anyone wants to buy it. https://produto.mercadolivre.com.br/MLB-3291418512-coleco-pokemon-rayquaza-livro-ilustrado-ex-esmeralda-_JM
