Original WOTC Set Checklists - Black Star Promos

Hi everyone,

Through Reddit I was able to find checklists for all of the WOTC sets I have collected, except for Black Star Promos. Does anyone have one in the style of the original checklists (basically trying to find one that isn’t the one available on Pokellector).

Are you referring to some sort of official documentation like that used to come on playmats and binders and stuff? You won’t find one of those for the Black Star Promos because that was not a definitive “set” - it would have grown indefinitely if WotC had not lost the license.

Edit: It just occurred to me that you may mean interactive web-based checklists, sorry if I totally misinterpreted you. Clearly I am too tired for my own good. If so, isn’t this what you want? www.pokellector.com/sets/WOTC-Wizards-of-the-Coast-Promos

For “simple” sets like this it’s fairly easy to find through bulbapedia or pkmncards.com: pkmncards.com/?s=set%3Awizards-black-star-promos&display=list&sort=date&order=

Or do you want something more detailed with variants, languages and stuff?

53 Black Star Promos (+2 Variants of Ho-oh & Rapidash)

For Unnumbered Promos you have…

I think that’s it. Because these cards are all only affiliated with each other but not part of a definitive set, you’re better off making your own list based on Bulbapedia entries.

Sorry if it didn’t come across clear in the original message! I was looking for something like this (but as other people have commented, Black star promos were never a definitive set which is probably why I can’t see to find one)

@cfialho,That link is a nice way to display. I just go by looking and writing/noting down cards and such through pokellector but that way for a checklist looks good.

Thanks for posting this - some of these I actually completely forgot about (holo energies) so I definitely need to go away and do a bit more research. Presume all of these are on Bulbapedia?

Yup, they’re all on Bulbapedia. iirc it lists the Best/Winner series as separate links or something. But it’s all in there.
