Anyone know any fair/decent prices for old/new booster boxes or packs. Or is eBay the way to go.
That is a very vague question,
Ebay listings are the proper way to do it, but also look at “Ebay Sold” more importantly. When you also look at Ebay keep in mind there is a small markup to cover Ebay fees compared to if you were to do it through a trade group or in person.
Sealed boxes will be more expensive for older Wotc product always due to the thought process single packs are weighed, booster boxes sealed still have the factor of pulling a confirmed amount of holographic rares.

I know it was vague. I should of said any sites that anyone knows that’s sells booster boxes old/new. But eBay could be the way. Or even ppl in here.
There is a buy/trade section on this site, If you have a list of sets your looking for then definitely use that to your advantage. Ebay will always have the most up to date auctions for older items especially WOTC. Some dealers will work through other websites, but 95% of sales id say go through Ebay. Id suggest you look there for starters or post a list of what you are looking for on E4.
