And amazing update! The CD Promo Charizard is probably one of my favorites of the Pokemon, as well as that Slowking, Gyarados, and Feraligatr. Congrats!

Appreciate the kind words @nish ,@deltazero ,@azulryu . I agree also, that Charizard is absolutely perfect. The art is top tier, I understand why it’s increasing in price even with high numbers compared to other cards. I’m glad I got mine for like 10$ haha!

Possibly one of my favorite sets, seeing the pokemon doing the attacks is excellent, especially when you can tell what every attack is at a glance.
Vending Series
Not much to say except that this is another banger set that never made it to the states. Some art did, but most remain only JP.
Vs Series
Another banger of a series only released in Japan. I am curious though, why does there seem to be so little of the TM’s available in the states? Were they naturally more scarce than the other cards in the set?
Current JP ex Collection
This will eventually be added to my english collection, so it will be a mixed set. I don’t mind though, I just like the arts and the foil style. Mixed doesn’t bother me since I’m not collecting entire sets. Just the ex’s from each individual set.

This is potentially my favorite page in all my binder. I absolutely love the foils on these Starter Set cards. Especially the Zapdos. Just bought a VERY nice looking Articuno yesterday, when it comes, I’ll definitely update with that.
This is probably my second favorite page overall. I have always loved the McDonalds cards, I need that second Squirtle, though Web Blastoise is a strong replacement.
That Gengar, though. One of the best Gengar arts for sure. Same with the Mewtwo.

Treeko was one of my best deals, don’t know how I found it for so little. No Masaki mark on that Golem, I’m hoping for an 8, probably not a 9, but it could be possible. Those Charizards have been underrated for a VERY long time if you ask me. I’ve been into that charizard for so long. It’s nice to see it finally get some love.
Little Mewtwo and Mew collection for those appreciators. The Latias and Latios were some of my most highly coveted cards a while back. These two are not perfect, someday I’ll upgrade their condition. But for now I don’t care. Just the art is good enough for me.

I’m curious what you guys feel about the possible grade for Articuno. Here is the Imgur Link to the close-ups I see one dot of edge wear on the lower right back. Those two scratches, and maybe a mild off-centering issue. Slightly crooked it seems. I’m hoping an 8 or so, 9 would be amazing, but with everything together, I’m not expecting it. Definitely a fair amount better than most 7’s I’ve had. So I’d say a decent 8.

Also very very nice graded collection! Azumarill is one of my favorite Pokemon! In the games I used Play Rough and Liquidation as my main moves! Let me just tell you Azumarill is a tank that easily knocks Pokemon out!

@mcorey777, Thanks, it’s getting significantly harder to find a real nice condition Articuno, or any from the Red/Green Quick Starter set, so I’m pleased with this one. The Articuno is one of those cards from that set. It seems like a similar deal to the Intro Packs, you get two competing decks and that’s the whole point of them.
Azumarill was my favorite at one point as well, so it was a nice blessing to get a 10 for this card. The Typhlosion 18 has always been my favorite card, of almost any set, though, so I was more excited about that 10 than even the Lugia funny enough haha!

Btw, Awesome CED 1st Edition and Yata 1st Edition! I’ve got the CED, but my Yata is only Unlimimited. I’d be interested to see more of your Yugioh Stuff as well, I’ve got a decent collection remaining, many of my decks are still in tact, too. Currently waiting to send my 1st Edition MRD Summoned Skull out to get graded. I am near certain it will be a 10, which is nuts how popular it’s gotten.
One of my favorite cards is FMR-001 Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon. If that’s also one of your favorite’s it would basically set in stone our similar tastes hahaha!
Last note, the army was originally gonna be something I was gonna sell off since most of the extra’s aren’t in as good condition, but I just can’t, they’re so pretty! I have one full set that should range between 8 and 10, Articuno was the final good condition piece. Scyther should hopefully be a 10, Zapdos I think is a 9, The rest are probably 8. But I still see them, MP for like 10$ every once in a while over here, I can’t not buy that haha! Gotta pay up for nice ones still, but with any amount of play there is a more significant cut in price than the states.

@pigeonsyndicate glad you like my two yugioh cards, but sadly at the moment, that is really all of yugioh that I have.
My Pokemon collecting habits put my yugioh collecting on a strict budget. Those two cards were the ones I just had to have, but in the future, with more disposable income, I absolutely plan to buy some more specific Yugioh cards (PSV Jinzo is next on the list).
Good luck with grading your Summoned Skull and the Quick Starter holos! Those are pure stonks if you achieve the 10. I’m trying for nine months now to find a PSA 9 Zapdos, never had any luck. So kudos to you if you manage to grade one yourself!
Hello, today’s Mail plus a few more pages of my binders! Hopefully the Spoilers help with loading times. I always want to see other people’s collections, but sometimes photos never load and I don’t know what is hiding behind the loading screens.
First, the biggish ones, GB Dragonite sealed. Question : Should I cut them open? or more worth it to keep sealed? I would like to grade them as they are all beautiful looking. Maybe mildly off center, but overall strong. My guess is yes open them, but I’m not sure if sealed means anything outside of boosters and whatnot.

Just a cool Dragonite. Not strong condition, but it was cheap and I just wanted the art. Hard to find good condition for a reasonable price.
Not too interesting by itself, but a nice little piece of memorabilia. I took the cards out and sleeved them because they aren’ty really too safe in the holder.

Since you’re in the neat position to own three of them, I’d recommend to leave the one sealed that is most off-center/least likely to get a 10 and grade the other two. Beautiful cards!
Congrats on the lenticular Deoxys, too. Really hard to find raw in good condition and one of the most unique cards for sure!
Strong point, appreciate the advice! Not like I can’t cut it out in the future too, either. As always, thanks as well for the appreciation! For now I may leave them in the sleeve just until I’m actually even able to grade them.
However, I am curious if the packaging can cause damage to the card as well. I suppose if it hasn’t happened yet, it won’t happen, though.

Today’s mail was quite nice.
Bought a small lot of 1st edition Base Set stuff in Japan! Wasn’t expecting to find good deals here, but they pop up sometimes, apparently. Condition is above average I would say. Edge wear, but no creases or significant scratching. I’d say strong PSA 7 quality all around. Some 8 potential in a few.

Haven’t updated in a while, been buying so much that it would just cram this thing. So instead, I’m only posting the things I enjoy the most from recent purchases.
To start, I’ll continue with the shadowless trend from my previous post. I love the shadowless ninetales, the extra hint of red/purple/pink in the fire is excellent and in my mind sets it far above the unlimited version.
After that, we have a couple other things, one English, and one Japanese.
After that, my JP E-series is coming along nicely, picked up a lot of solid cards. The zard had potential for 10, but it has some slight silvering on one edge, hoping 9, but guarantee 8. Blastoise is strong 10 potential! Super stoked about that as Stoise is my favorite! Zard is just for stonks haha! Cats of course are just gorgeous. Only missing Jolteon, eventually I’ll find the right deal. And can’t forget about the complete troll, shit-eating grin master Gengar.
Then comes along the ultimate fight, Rayquaza vs Deoxys! I want 9 of the Ray’s, but I have not yet reached that number as they have finally started to increase over here in Japan as well. I’d say the floor is pretty consistently at 50$-$70 for NM/Mint now… 
Last But not least is the Deoxys VS Series. I’ve been really into all the VS series cards recently and wanted to share it in case some people don’t know about them. I primarily enjoy it strictly for the big hitters, Ray, Stoise, Meta, Blaziken, and Deoxys. However, MOSTLY the metagross honestly. I feel that is awesome art for metagross. Not really sure why, just is.
