Have the chance to buy this. Struggling to find any information on it as far as value goes. Could pick this up for about $13 if it’s worth it?
Same seller recently sold me a Raichu holo from Neo 4 that’s potentially Gem Mint and also 1st edition.
Just one of those random finds.

They aren’t very rare, but also aren’t for sale a lot on eBay. Usually they’re part of a bigger lot. I estimate their price is about 5-12.50 USD in M/NM condition, and since yours is sealed, probably 10-20 USD. So 13 USD is indeed a good price for a sealed one imo (if you keep it sealed of course).
