So I got this in a collection that I purchased a a couple of years ago and for the life of me can’t find any information online. I searched the code on the back of the pins. Searched for snowboarding Pikachu pin, etc. Does any one have any idea where they came from?

Nope, haven’t seen these yet.
It looks like Snowboard Pikachu is part of a winter display with some other winter-themed Pokémon:
I don’t know about the other ones, but that Houndour rocks!

Ah so looks like the original pins from that set got switched off at some point.
