Pokemon Battle e Series 1 Packs

Hey recently acquired a set of these, and don’t have any visual cues on what the insides look like. Are there actual Pokemon Cards inside? Basically have near zero knowledge on these packs and would like to see whats inside.

I think you get things that look a bit like Japanese inserts that were E readers for gameboy. But I’m sure they don’t have “regular cards”.
