I have a Flareon Jungle unlimited in Japanese. In the top left corner of the artwork, where the Eevee picture is, the holofoil covers part of the Eevee section. Does this count as a holo bleed or error? Or is it just a slight misprint?
That was 100% of them
They all have this feature.

All Base-Fossil holos with evolution boxes have this feature in Japanese
In Rocket and Gym sets, they moved the evolution box above the card art, “fixing” the issue.
In Neo onward it’s not an issue, the evolution box is cut from the holo
