Pokemon Dutch Collectibles Questions

So I recently started investigating all things associated with Dutch Pokemon items. Why? I have no idea. However, as I was researching there is one card I saw was mentioned but had no picture and cannot find anywhere on the Internet. That is a Dutch version of Pikachu Promo 4 without the gold tail from the 2000 World Collection. So my question is, is this card real or only rumored? Also, are there any errors in the Pokemon cards that i should know about? I know the English collection had many but looking up error cards for Dutch Pokemon cards is an impossible task.

This is a list of the collectible merchandise I have found as of now in case I missed something or was mistaken in some of my findings.

The #4 WotC Promo Pikachu isn’t an error, it’s a legit release in Dutch. I have the Pikachu in my collection. Here are picture of both Pikachus with and without stamp (the texts of the first attack are also different I now notice):

I’m not sure anymore if the other three WB promos (Electabuzz, Mewtwo, Dragonite) are also released in Dutch, or just this Pikachu.

Also, these might be only rumors, and you probably won’t find them even if they do exist, but the Tyranitar Half Deck is supposedly released twelve times in Japanese, six times in English (I’ve seen pictures of these), once in French, German, Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, and Swedish. Not sure how accurate this information is however, because I’ve also seen them in Italian once, which isn’t even mentioned, and I’ve never seen Danish or Swedish cards to begin with…
