They seem to be expanding the number of countries every year. This is the first year Canada can enter!
I bet a lot of it is to do with working with the laws in all these countries at once

Then in just 27 years we have the whole EU able to participate 
I mean for the Art Academy competition they managed to work with the law of 11 European countries so surely they could do now as well.

On one hand I’m really happy that they included other countries as opposed to last year. It was a shame CA and UK couldn’t join last year. But I will say I think we were all very underwhelmed and disappointed by their choices for the winners, especially grand prize. There was so much fine art and masterful work in that top 300.
But I will try and be optimistic and hope they do better this time. I will be submitting again regardless because I fricking love art, and love making some original pokemon renderings. Feraligatr you’re my number one homie this year. Let’s do it.
Also really excited to see e4 art contest vets blow it out of the water!
