Pokemon XY the Movie - 3D crystal set

I found this nice Pokemon 3D crystal set which I think is a prize in a campaign to promote the Pokemon XY movie. Does anyone know more details about the campaign and this particular prize given out to the public? How do you obtain this prize and it is fairly common?
