What is a good price to pay for the PokeTour Pikachu (in NM+ condition of course)?

Ungraded I’m getting 70.00 in nm
^ Getting as in people actually paying that much or that’s the price you’re asking. That card shouldn’t sell for more than $40-50. They can be routinely picked up for 30 or less.
These are getting harder to get in nm or better condition. I’ve gotten a few lately for 30 to 50n and they were all less than near mint though advertised as nm. Right now there’s zero on eBay.
