Pop Series gold star and EX pull rates

Hey everyone,

Have a question for those more educated on the subject than I. I read somewhere that for pop series gold star pulls were 1:40 packs. The article also stated that ex pull rates were 1:40 as well. Any truth to this statement? Also wondering if the pull rates are the same for the holo and non holo version of these cards? Or if this just applies to the holo variants maybe? Thanks!

Edit: referring to the holo and non holo variants of the ex cards in pop 1-4. I am aware that the gold stars are all non holo.

I don’t know about the pull rates, but no POP packs have holo cards. The cards coming from POP packs are non-holos only. The holo versions of POP cards came from different Promo products back in the day such as 3 pack blister, tins and so on.
