I’m creating this ongoing Topic to collect the population/history of this card as it looks this promo card is hard to find(and even harder to get authenticated/graded). At current PSA reject to grade/authenticate.
Latest response PSA: “we need a reputable source like bulbapedia which would have a checklist of the cards given away at Toy Fair”
In this if you own this card or know somebody who owns please update this thread by:

Any history or documentation record you are aware of ( see below)
So it’s not the card known under this POP report as #025 Pikachu-Prism.
It was given to participants of the 1997 Tokyo Toy show, held at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center(Tokyo Big Sight Inc.) from March 19th to 23rd (General Open Day is 22nd and 23rd).
But good luck trying to find more info about these. I’ve only seen the one on pokeboon and yours above thus far. Before your picture I didn’t even knew what the back looked like. And everything I personally know about them is the brief sentence on pokeboon unfortunately.
There was also this sale from this past weekend. It’s the jumbo pikachu plus a near complete set of Part 3 and 4 that sold for 158,000 yen (~$1500). The condition actually looks pretty decent. page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b524514667
There is a video I once found of the 1997 Tokyo Toy Show where this card was given out.
The only pokemon stuff I could find in the video is at the linked time, though this card (and carddass in general) doesn’t make an appearance as far as I could find. It gives an idea where and how it was given out, though. Cool to see the vibe back then.
