So this card is pretty rare. Only eight psa 10 copies and no listed sellings as far as I can tell. I love this card and want another at some point but I have no idea what a good price would be to offer.

Nice older Japanese promo. I agree this one is difficult to price. PSA has two PSA 10 listed sales from June 2017 . The first was a best offer that sold for $125, 8 days later a PSA 10 sold for a Buy it Now price of $40. I have one in my collection that I wouldn’t sell for less than $125. Since you can still buy the sealed magazine it came in at a reasonable price, you may want to consider buying a copy and grading the card yourself. Last time I looked on YJ, the magazine was available for anywhere from 300 to a few thousand yen.

That one has a high shipping cost. Check out Yahoo Japan and you might pick up one cheaper.
