Price check for neo era chase cards

So I’m trying to create (and maintain) a data set on box, pop, chase values across many sets. Early stuff is easy enough but as soon as you hit 1st ed neo era it becomes reallll tough to get a reasonable data point on price. Where do you see the value of the top ~5 chase cards in each of these sets being?

Azumarill (29): $1,500
Meganium (58): $1,500

I’m just here to say that Ho-oh should absolutely be one of the top 5 chase cards of Revelation.

Are we going by price? Ampharos and Blissey far out class Celebi in Neo Rev psa 10. Also damn the Ho-oh erasure.

In all seriousness you probably have a combo of too many low pop and iconic rookie cards in this set to only go top 5. Top chase is probably closer to 10 than 5. Given the low pops and likely collector held 10s, I suppose we are back to your original post with what are the recently known sales. You will absolutely need private sales data for a meaningful comprehensive Revelation chase card tracker. I suspect it may be a bit before some of these show up unless someone has a really big sale that puts more eyes rightly on this set and pulls more out as available.

Yea to be clear guys I’m looking for prices to go with them, so top 5 chase cards purely in terms of price but I can’t find out what in the world many of these would be valued at currently. So if you have prices you think they are worth at the moment let me hear them!
to make this more clear I’ve added rough prices for the Neo Genesis guys based on… total guesswork/extrapolation of last sales on my end

I think Top 5 Neo Gen would be:

T17: 17k
Lugia: 15k
Slowking: 5k
Heracross: 5k
Gatr#5: idk 5k as well, maybe more.

Almost no sales data but Azumarill maybe be around 2k at this point and in the bottom half of PSA 10 values for the set. Even metal energy has sales over 2k now.

And as mentioned, Neo Rev Ampharos and Blissey are waayyy up there and I would guess around 8k+

I think that Lugia PSA 10 price is really low tbh. dbruze is offering $30k for one

Typhlosion at 8k seems like an absolute steal as well

The top 5 Neo Genesis list suggested by @firebirder31 is pretty good start, some owners of T17 probably put more value on it. Even when some cards like Meganium 10, Pichu 12 and Metal Energy 19 have slightly lower pop they aren’t yet knocking the ~$5000 value which would be instant sale for Feraligatr 5 or Heracross 6.

I would buy every single neo gen card available at those prices, maybe with the exception of gatr / azumarill / medal energy

Fair enough, add a few digits to the front then on each of these and that is likely their value now. Would love to see some auction of these.

I turned down an offer of 1500 yesterday for the 1st edition Azu PSA 10. Nice to know on the unlimited as well.

There’s a PSA 9 going for 4k right now with 1 day left of bidding.

I imagine a PSA 10 would be dealers choice for value. They never come up.

Agreed the 10 pop for F5 is so low, still think the 9s are a steal right now under 1k. Should def be in Neo Gen top 5.
