Price Check PSA 10 Evolutions holos

Hi everyone, hope someone can help with this.
So I was looking at PSA 10 evolutions prices, and I noticed a distinct lack of regular holos. Couldn’t find any sold listings either. Anyone have an estimate for PSA 10 Holo prices? Only one I could find was a $350 gyarados sale. Thanks!

Some are extraordinarily low pop – multiple in pop 1 or 0 for psa 10. That would explain the lack of sales.

As for price, if you have 100 mint pack fresh copies sent in for grading with the hopes of a 10, and none or one has gotten psa 10, the price is whatever psa 10 master set collectors are willing to pay. I would expect several thousand for pop 1-3.

I would bet a few thousand on the pop 1-3 cards. It’s a very hard set to grade. I’ve opened multiple cases and they were all full of whitening, print lines or the corners had slight lips.

I did open two perfect cases. All of those are are at PSA right now. Should hit a few 10s.

Magneton and Chansey are pop 0s huh…that’s freaking wild

the lips on the corners are insane at this set… i grade 9 on 9 on 9 on 9… not gotten a single 10 yet… specially if u can hit the zard in a 10, its HUGE…

but its almost impossible.

i would invest in evolutions boxes ASAP i i were u guys. EVEN tho its a meme…
people will open theese boxes like it was a budget WOTC set, to get those 10s

Ut’s funny how the human mind works sometimes. Just print a set in really bad quality and people buy the shit out of it.

Nostalgia? Check

Base Charizard? Check

Hard Chase pull worth moneys? Check

Low entry point price per box? Check

Seems like a good recipe

Obviously everyone can put their money where they want to and I agree on all your points that make Evolutions a significant set in the TCG history.

But all those things (nostalgia, Zard, 20th anniversary set, etc.) were known to collectors since its release date. Only now that people realize how hard they are to grade, some sort of movement appears for the boxes. So aside from popularity and the presence of Zard, poor printing quality actually seems to be a selling point (at least on the secondary market). Pretty counterintuitive and funny in my humble opinion.

Yes they are low pop and I opened a case and a half and the print quality and pulls from most of the boxes were terrible with all the other things mentioned before. Opened a few pack fresh Zards and they were 7-8 quality sadly.

Ive opened 18 booster boxes and havent found more than 3 or 4 holo rares i expect to grade 10. About double that for reverse rares. Its a tougher set to grade which is a great thing in my opinion

Evolutions can kiss my ass lol. I’ve opened several cases and its been nothing but poor print quality. I did have fun doing it though but never ever again, you just won’t get 10s and if you do then FU

The holos are low pop, however not many are actually graded. They are clearly hard to grade, but with under 100 total graded for some holos, it isn’t really an accurate representation of the true pop imo. The sample size is too small, when more are graded it will be a more accurate percent 9 to 10s. If several hundred to 1000+ were graded and only a couple 10s…then I think a few grand may be warranted for those master 10 set collectors and others just wanting a low pop card.

It’s a shame I sold all my minty ungraded master set. A few would of been up there!
