Looking to get a reasonable figure for both buying/selling the listed theme decks:

Are you looking for 100% certain shadowless? So you are talking “gold strip” decks then? I have sold and bought from anywhere at $60-$110, its just trying to find the correct person that is well versed in shadowless decks. Due to all the decks having similar print runs, none of them having any “non-stained” effect for a certain holo, I would only value the Brushfire at a possible higher price due to the chance the no damage might be in there. However, since I have seen plenty of examples of no damage Ninetales graded, that have no stain, I would presume those holos came from booster boxes, and not theme decks, but I digress. Therefore, since all the holo’s will be ruined, they don’t fetch much of a premium against each other.
On the other hand, if you are looking to buy/sell non gold strip decks that may have a possibility of having shadowless cards, that is a whole new beast.

Something like this is always better to use the search function in the forums as there is usually at least one thread about it within the past few months. Since you are new, which its great you are already searching some higher tier items, I would always search for any subject you are curious about, before starting a thread as we generally have multiple already. You have a lot of reading up to do on this subject, there is a lot to learn. There are multiple variants of possible shadowless theme deck variants, base theme decks, but the only way to be 100% sure its shadowless is by it having a gold strip across it.

Curious as to why you want to open one? The holo will be ruined, the rest of the cards can be bought for much cheaper than what the deck is bought for, and if you do get a hold of the gold strips, they are very easy and very beautiful to store. I wouldn’t open any decks that are gold strip.
Just for nostalgia; also the chance of a ghost Pikachu or a non damage Ninetails is enticing
In my personal opinion, the no damage ninetales does not come from theme decks. If they did, its a very good chance they’d be stained. I haven’t seen any that are. Good luck on the ghost though, low probability high reward.
