Price for 1st Edition Neo Discovery?

Just curious of the prices, as it’s rather rare to see these on eBay as I’ve been monitoring these from afar.

From what I’ve seen, they’re two unlimited boxes on eBay - one from a seller from the Netherlands ; the other being from the USA:

But the 1st Edition boxes are somewhat morphous, with one on Collectors Cache going for 14k; one box selling for 10k in June; and a box that was listed on TCA Gaming for nigh-8k several months ago. So my question is what exactly is the outright price for the box?

Because boxes sell much less frequently than the cards or packs in the box, the only way we can guage the price is based on the last few sales

Got one box in mid-late May for around 10k. Thought it was a good deal considering a 1st ed. NEO box

Booster price x36 equals approx box price, just follow the pack prices

Not really. Those individual pack prices you see on eBay and whatnot, are typically going to be “light” weighed packs even if not advertised as so, and many buyers know this going on. To get a completely sealed box of 36 packs, has quite a price premium per pack versus just counting 36x the price of a single loose pack.

Yes of course, i’m just saying its easier to track booster prices over box prices. And if boosters jump so do boxes

pokerev sold his packs for 525 each so some where between 10k and 18.9k. It sold out by the time I was done checking out for one pack.

I have to correct myself, I thought the title was genesis. So I would adjust my prices to the high end of 17k due to availablity. I’d be curious of the amount of Neo 1st edition boxes that got printed because it appears pretty low with the correlation of availability.

I think people are def on the genesis train by now. There are so many popular cards, maybe more so than base and gym challenge. Plus, the difficulty of attaining 10s on some of the cards will propel the box prices higher in my opinion. I don’t think the box population will have much effect on future growth.

If genesis had a charizard in it, this box might take over sky ridge and destiny as the clear #2. For now, a solid top 5 box.

Collector’s Cache has had this one up for a few weeks now pretty sure at 13k this one is sealed sealed
