I posted in the buy/trade section wanting to trade for english southern islands cards in PSA 9+ condition. As I was doing my research I couldn’t find any sale info on PSA 10 Mew or Togepi. Mew is pop 9 and Togepi pop 5. Does anyone have any input as to pricing for these or since these are so scarce is it just going to be one of those talk it out with a seller and try to come to an agreement on price. Thanks for any help!
I think if you find a Mew 10 for 150 or less you should buy it because of the prices of the 9s and the rarity of the 10. And you are probably right about talking it out with a seller if one shows up for sale because if someone is really desperate they might easily spend 250+ on this card.
Did you think about buying a 9 to send it to PSA to regrade?
This is a typo right? Or is this card ludicrously desirable? Lol
Well, he did say or less
I was thinking 2-3 times the price of a 9 on the Mew which would be $120-180 and maybe $100 for the Togepi even though it’s much lower pop it’s not as popular as the Mew is. I’ll just be keeping an eye out on eBay and hopefully one will pop up that I can steal for a good price. Several 9s and 10s from the set sold at auction last week for really good prices I just didn’t have the extra money at the time sadly. It seems this set isn’t as popular as I thought it was. It’s definitely my favorite!
definitely a typo ^^
Sold a togpi few weeks ago for 200.00 PSA 10, however as soon as I did I had a bunch of request from other people all asking if I had another one, which leads me to belief people would offer more than 200 for the card. The mew I sold a few months ago for 400.00, however the last two that sold were for 200 and 300 a few months prior to that so early in the year. So the 400 could have been someone who really wanted one.

Awesome! Thanks for the info! With the such low pops for those I figured it would be a case of what the buyer is willing to pay vs what the seller is willing to let it go at. I may be better off trying to grade my own in those 2. Thanks again for the info!
