Price of Evolutions Prerelease Staff Charizard

Hey guys,

I’ve been trying with a friend to find the right value on a PSA 10 Staff Charizard from Evolutions but we can’t seem to agree!
Been looking on eBay and this forum and can’t seem to find anything recent price wise. Only 3 cards available on eBay and they are clearly not priced to sell (average of 50k each) Any idea how much this card may be worth today?
Also, what do you expect in terms of value for this card in the future?
