I’m looking to pick up a few EX-era booster boxes, and I’m trying to find protective cases for them, preferrably semi-rigid, but I can’t seem to find any. Same with Japanese E-Series. Does anyone know where to find these if they even exist?

Pokerev has some acrylic ones. I haven’t tested them, but it does say it fits ex era. He has others too.

This is what I use for mine and they’re decent. Not the perfect size, but the best I’ve found (and quite reasonably priced). They’re not “semi-rigid” like the OP requests, though.

If you are based in the UK, PRdisplays are excellent for custom cases which are very affordable.
