Anyone have any idea what a reasonable price would be for PSA 10 versions of the Masaki Promos would be?

I have 4/5 in PSA 10 and I’m trying to get the last one, I don’t see any recent complete sales of them and was wondering how much I should be looking to offer/pay.

Which one are you missing? Most of them would probably be in the $400-500 range but it really depends which one. Omastar seems to be the cheapest while Gengar and Machamp seem to be the most expensive.

Around $400 a card seems about right.

Recently a complete set was sold for 450$ per card, on Instagram

IG sales are a little funny to me. Lots of people selling quickly to get rid of stuff. Plus most of the people there buy cheap. Not saying it shouldn’t be used as a reference. I’m saying I thought they were more valuable.

I’ve bought around 5+ PSA 10s, and never have paid more then $450 a card.

I know of around 5-6 recently to sell privately all for around $400 as well.

I always thought they were worth more.

I always wanted the Gengar.

They had sold for more in the past but the population is steadily increasing. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any of them sell for more than the Gengar that was auctioned off last year.

this what I was asking. It’s been awhile since I was actively looking at them. Especially since most of the guys here got them long ago.

I actually have the PSA 10 golem if you are interested, all of my other masaki cards received 9 so I guess I could let it go and just aim for psa 9 set

I have sold alakazam, gengar and machamp for over $450 each. IMO the price range is a combination of species & market availability. This is true for most cards with comparable rarity/scarcity.

I bought the Gengar & Alakazam that sold on IG recently and got a good deal. The 400-500 sounds right generally speaking. The pop is actually higher then the image shared above, some older Masakis are labeled differently so they do not appear in that report.

Maybe these will drop to 150 a piece one day and I can replace my 9 set lol. They’re worth the 400 though. Would recommend. Gengar is the best one.

Ahh, so you beat me to it. I bought the other two from that guy & need the Gengar for the set now. I’d be down to cash you out on the deal if you want. :blush:

I agree with the $400-450 prices posted here.

I didn’t buy the other 2 because I ran out of cash, I’m also completing the set eventually so not looking to sell sorry. Good luck to us!

Yeah that’s true, it is a flipper heaven… The guy who sold advertise them as that, he felt it was the right price for him I guess… When I saw them being advertised it felt like a right price for me too, hence I shared :blush:

It’s always nice to buy cheaper if you can :wink: There are quite some people that sell as the same prices as eBay minus the fees, I am not talking about flippers, real collectors, and trustworthy :blush:
