Hi E4, just wondering if you would consider this to be a ”solid” PSA 10 or a ”weak” PSA 10?

The back is solid.

You can’t be confident going by pictures alone. What may be thought to be a 10 could be an 8. If it’s graded then best to go by their number because after all, that’s what the submitter counted on and paid for and what the buyer is buying.
