What’s the price range I’m looking to pay for one currently? Haven’t really followed the market of this card so don’t know what to think about ebay’s active/ended listings.

For reference bud, here is one currently up for auction on Yahoo Auctions for 140,000 Yen ~ £958 ~ $1234

This one is damaged on the back though, i honestly dont know what a mint version would go for if it came onto the market tomorrow, but i have a feeling the price would surprise everyone, just like the PSA 10 Charizards are at the moment.

Im sure your already aware but the last one that sold was a PSA 9 and it sold for $600

Yeah I’ve seen it ( and 1210 AUD for PSA 10 copy ) and seems like ok price considering how tough they are to grade. If anyone knows private sales prices from last 6 months I’d like to hear them as well.

It’s a hard to price card when you’re talking about a 9.

When it comes to a raw copy, I had in the past paid $300-$400 on the spot.

So the $500-$600 range would seem about right if you find someone who is willing.

I was hoping a trophy card hoarder like you would eventually jump in this discussion. :grin: Sounds like a plan, maybe I’m able to buy one for $600 or less.

I would echo what Jeremy said, probably even suggest $600+ since none are available right now, and not an easy grade.

I was the one who bought it for 600 and I’m very happy with it. There was one listed for $850 PSA 10 I don’t think that person knew what they had or just wanted to get rid of it but I was on my way home to buy it and someone snatched it up.

That was awhile ago, but the guy definitely didn’t know what he had.

The same seller had multiple PSA 10 JP shinings, and let them all go for stupid cheap prices. Think he sold two Noctowls for $100 each too
