Clean copy with a crushed corner graded a PSA 9. Would you think its overgraded or am I’m too picky 
If that is a crease, it’s likely it was missed during grading, or the card was damaged during grading/encapsulation.
Could be considered “overgraded”, if you aren’t happy with it, I’d recommend selling it with clear photos and buying another copy. Or just buy another.

I’ve seen a fair number of e-Series and EX era cards like this. Most often they’ll get between PSA 6-8, but the occasional PSA 9 can slip through. Personally, I feel that corner lipping like this would not constitute a PSA 9 mint card
