Yes…that’s in house code for incomplete info on the submission form.
Maybe the value totals weren’t there or credit card info wS omitted or incorrect card total or several other things.
You’ll either get an email soon or you can call and ask for explanation.
This for sure! It happens to everyone. Before the online service was available, I would occasionally forget to enter the values for everything.
I remember once I put the incorrect monthly special for an order, and had the “Receive Hold” status. They will give you a call, or you can call their customers service number.
I’ve had this happen 2 times to me, They’ve never reached out in my experience (lucky you Gary) You should call them and follow up. This usually occurs when there is a discrepancy within the order. Sooner you call the sooner they can process your order, I wouldn’t wait around.
So they finally got back to me a couple hours ago. They said I accidentally included one more card than I listed on the submission form, so they just needed me to give them a declared value for it.
