Wondering if anyone here tried to regrade a bunch of cards before and what was your experience? Was it worth it?
It´s not worth it except you are 110% certain that they made a blatant mistake.

This is true as in most cases they will just give the card the same grade as before.
If you want the best shot at a better grade and you are very confident in your card’s potential to grade higher, you could crack out the card and re-submit. However, this also is not a guarantee as you could receive the same grade or potentially even lower in that case.
8.5 grades I’d regrade almost every time. I’m 5 for 5 on regrading my 8.5’s and them coming back 9’s. Tbh i’d rather them just give it an 8 as well, I hate the 8.5 grade I think it looks ugly on the label lol

Yeah I agree with you on that note. However, I did keep one 8.5 in my personal collection because it is a very unique Dragonite card (the grass type from ex dragon frontier) so it has a unique grade for the unique card - added flair in my opinion.

I have never regraded a card but based on other’s experiences, I have seen many people crack the case and resend but it is definitely not a guarantee. Probably the only time I would do it is if is a crossover from BGS and I want it in a PSA case since BGS tends to grade harsher but you may get a better deal with the Beckett card and move it to PSA. Just remember, people may factor in $$ but never factor in time and time is money lol. Especially now, if you were to crack and resubmit, you could wait up to 9 months for the same grade.
I have seen 1.5’s and was thinking of getting them because it is hard as hell to get a grade like that lol
