PSA Submission make changes question

Hello,

I completed and sent off a PSA submission a few weeks back, the order has been received by PSA but not entered into the system yet.

I was just trying to view my submission to check If I had sent a card and clicked the ‘Make Changes’ button, not 100% realizing what it was doing. I was hoping it would just show me the order.

It moved it to incomplete submission and I clicked complete thinking I was just editing it.

Now It has created a brand new submission number / basically set up another order. And I cannot find my original order under the original order submission number of which PSA have the box/paperwork for, Just waiting to be entered into the system.

Anyone else done this and can tell me what I need to do?

If it makes it anymore confusing the order is using my 15 free vouchers.
