Hey guys new to the fourum. One of the only legit psa10 graded “ Holo “ Eevee promo 11s is listed for $4,999.00. Just wanted some experience and expert advice

I’m not familiar with this card myself so others will be more knowledgeable.

However this is the price history of some sales PSA 10 taken from TCGFish, hope that helps a bit

My recommendation would be to buy a PSA 9 and pay 1% of the PSA 10 label premium.

Getting into this price range for conditional rarity, I think it’s important to think about motivation for buying.

If this is to complete a psa 10 black star promo set that will bring you happiness, then that’s wonderful.

If it’s to add a cool eevee card to your collection, I would agree with Dyl and buy a psa 9, and with the extra money you can buy something with more absolute rarity like a fan club eevee.

If it’s to speculate, I’d be cautious. Conditional rarity on cards that are common is an area I’m not a huge fan of, personally.

As far as pricing, agree with Marill’s recommendation for tcgfish

My goal is to over 10-15 years try to collect all psa10 base sets. I really feel happy with the 10 grading. It makes me feel alive again going after Pokémon. Question, why does eevee come in both a holo and non holo for this set. It seems to the the only card having this exception no? Other than the dark Persian error or the Pikachu 1st edition error of course. Any insight would be appreciated. I never knew why they did a holo and non holo eevee…
