PWCC

Why do their auctions tend to sell for more. Given there are same PSA cards with buy it now prices that are much lower

are they related to PSA?

Visibility. This site has a lot more visibility and is known for auctions.

Trustworthy - this site has built a great reputation. They sell lots of items that are very expensive. I assume most people would pay more to know for sure what they are getting is authentic. If the item weren’t authentic I’m sure PWCC would be better equipped and more likely to deal with this in a beneficial manner for buyers. This is compared to say the average seller.

The thrill - we’ve all gotten caught up in auctions. The fact they have good visibility and are trustworthy lends itself to making bidder feel safe.

I’m sure there are more factors.

Because they have a lot of good reputation from all genre’s of graded collectibles. Gives them a lot of exposure to the open market.

It’s not that they tend to sell for more, it’s that they sell for the actual market price the cards should be selling at lol

Also adding in another factor: 100% legit auctions. PWCC will never shill bid.

Have you guys had experience selling your collections to them?

You mean selling collections through them?

Also having 10,000 followers doesn’t hurt with exposure either!

Yeah

@hisoka107 can let us know in a few days

my auctions end on the 23. I get paid 7 days after they end. I’ll keep you all posted.

I will say communication at first wasn’t good. But as it got closer to the auction it got better. However, Brett did talk to me a lot about the set up. I originally wanted to do it in several groups over 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately they don’t do that but his communication when he did respond was amazing (he only missed it twice).

They advertise their listings to their large database so their page views are higher than most.
