Question about eBay buyers - returning to the hobby after a few years

Hey E4, pardon my ignorance but I’ve been away from the game for a while and I’m out of touch. Recently I’ve encountered a new issue when trying to sell PSA cards on eBay. I’ve had several buyers reach out about not finding pictures of my cards on PSA’s website, with one buyer straight up cancelling the item they won after bidding on my auction for a week. Nothing jumps out to me about my account - 100% positive feedback, seller for over 10 years, etc. I graded the majority of my cards myself probably five or so years ago and I have never been aware of any type of photo service other than for extremely high-end items. My cards are mostly in the ~$1k range.

Is this a new thing or are these just picky buyers? Can’t tell you how many cards I’ve bought sight unseen, but I know things are different now. If I’m doing something wrong here, please let me know.

PSA includes imaging of both the front and the back of the slab now even for bulk tier submissions. New to the hobby buyers may not realise this is a relatively new feature that PSA offers and will suspect your cards are fake if they search for an old cert # on the verification page. However, it will always show the details of the card just not the pictures. Very annoying for you that they are certainly picky buyers but probably more misinformed buyers.

Thank you, that’s very good to know going forward. Unfortunate for my listings but it’s great that they’ve added another layer of security.
