Hi, i’m looking to buy an Ex Hidden legends booster pack and asked a seller to send me some pictures of it.
I’d like to have the opinion of more seasoned collectors on if it’s real or fake. That’s an Italian booster (I’m not rich enough to buy an English one)
To be honest it looks pretty legit to me !
It’s a seller from cardmarket with 150+ positive reviews, i know cardmarket is generally pretty reliable but i’ve received a fake EX holon fantoms card from a seller there recently so i’m paranoid now
He even sent a picture of the display they come from which he says he bought years ago.

The issue with authenticating something like this is that it can be easy to say “not real” if there was an obvious problem but no one serious would say “it’s authentic” because there is just no way to really know without opening it.
That said, this isn’t like 1st ed base set. There’s not much in hidden legends that is worth it to tamper with the pack rather than just honestly reselling them.
I was looking at the pics and wondering, is it frequent to have that much punctures in the back ? I know they were made to prevent the booster from exploding but i’ve never seen a booster with more than 4 holes.
